Museum Leadership Program 2009: Creating the Future

Every two years museum professionals from Australia and the region have the opportunity to nominate for the Museum Leadership Program. The Museum Leadership Program is a challenging and intensive 6-day residential program designed to meet the needs of senior museum professionals.  A maximum of 36 participants can be accommodated and selection is competitive. Participants will be selected by a panel of senior museum industry professionals. Led by an outstanding international faculty, the highly interactive program brings a global perspective to the Australian museum industry.  Participants focus on strategic planning and management issues relevant to the region.
