Invitations to participate in Conservation Survey 2006 were today posted to the Director (or equivalent) of over 300 collecting organisations and conservation/preservation businesses throughout Australia. The survey pack is also being sent to people who contacted us after the release of the First Announcement about this project.

The Conservation / Preservation Showcase was launched today, in fulfillment of Action 7 from Conservation Survey 2006 Recommendations. Through Careers, Projects and Resources pages this attractive Showcase raises awareness about the field of conservation in Australia, both within the collections sector and within the broader community.
