The Collections Council is pleased to announce the launch of the test site for the Collaborative Projects Showcase. The site consists of:

an online form (and a Word template as an alternative), to be used for submitting case studies for publication within the Showcase;

explanatory information on how to use the form and templates; and
-
criteria for including case studies within the Showcase.
Over the coming months, we will be testing these forms and web pages with the assistance of willing participants whose projects will be the first case studies launched to the new Collaborative Projects Showcase. Initially, access to the test site will be restricted to participants who have been issued with a username and password by the Collections Council. Once testing has been completed and the Showcase is launched, the online form and templates will be accessible to anyone interested in submitting their case study to the Showcase.
Please note that participants in the test phase are required to submit their case study information by the end of July 2008.
