Getting started

If you are interested in being involved in the Collaborative Projects Showcase, first review the criteria for inclusion. If your project meets these criteria, EMAIL us with a brief overview of the nature of the project and the collaborating organisations. 

Participation

Participants assessed as suitable may submit information about their project online or by email or post using a Word template.

We are particularly interested in why you decided to embark on collaborative projects and how you managed to involve and utilise the various project partners.

In order to publish the Showcase, the Collections Council must have confidence each project participant is appropriately authorised to speak on behalf of their project collaborators. For this reason, each submission must be accompanied by an Authorisation to Participate Form completed by person(s) of sufficient authority. This form must be completed by the authorising officer and emailed, faxed or posted to the Collections Council. Where authorisation to participate is received via email, receipt from an email address containing the name of the authorising officer and organisation will be regarded as equivalent to a signature.

The Collections Council will review all submissions prior to publication, and will contact participants if further information or clarification is required. Where editorial changes are made, participants will be given an opportunity to review content prior to publication.

Showcase Images

Participants are encouraged to provide image(s) to accompany their project once the submission has been reviewed and accepted for inclusion within the Showcase. All images must be submitted with the accompanying Permission and Copyright Release Form, which can be emailed, faxed or posted to the Collections Council.
